Customer service and making sure our guests have a great experience here at The Glen is incredibly important to us - you don't get to be 28 years old without caring about what other people think!
We saw something on another group this week (Thanks "Stittsville Moms"!) and wanted to share it here.
If you ever feel unhappy about a service provided by The Glen, PLEASE - let us make it right! Send an email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or tell us in person so we can make sure you leave us feeling positive. This is the most important thing to us!

Before you write a review of someone's business publicly in Google or Facebook stop and take a breath.
Understand this is someone's livelihood you are playing with. For all those that state they get reviewed at work, that is something done privately and your work reviews are not posted for the world to see.
This is someone that is probably working 12+ hours a day, trying to make a living and enough money to put their kids in sports, dance, music. Contrary to popular belief, small business people are not rich. If you are unhappy with a service or product maybe calling the owner would be the better play or have we as a society come to the point where we can't even talk to each other anymore without airing negative thoughts through a keyboard.
